It doesn’t get better than this!

Everyone dreams of finding that next winner and getting in at a good price. But then there are those visionaries who think long term about the potential lifetime earnings of a horse.

We often buy fillies, and horses without the royal pedigree, because you can absolutely find exceptional racehorses without the hefty price tag (think Anjana, Twitchy Frank, La Falaise).

These girls represent excellent value.

But every so often, an opportunity comes up that is too good to be true. A horse that ticks all the boxes AND is a colt.

Not just a good-looking colt, but a good-looking colt with a pedigree.

It’s a magical combination that’s just too good to refuse.

Here’s why:Colts’ residual value eclipses fillies. When a colt becomes a stallion, he can serve hundreds of mares a season (think 3 times/day for the ENTIRE spring; double that if he’s moved from one hemisphere to another) in comparison to a mare that will carry a single foal for the season.

A stallion’s fee can fetch between $5K – $200K/service depending on his number of Group 1 wins and pedigree. This explains why a colt’s residual can be anywhere between $1m and $50m.

This is why good-looking colts with a pedigree usually come with a hefty price tag before they’ve even stepped foot on a racetrack.

If they have successful racing careers (ie become black type), and especially if they are Group 1 winners, it’s safe to say these colts will be retired from racing to begin their stallion careers, where their earnings are significantly more lucrative, and without the racing-associated risks.

But every so often, if you play the game right, you can come in and pick one up under the radar. Which is exactly what our bloodstock agent, John Foote, has done.

Above – John Foote and that focus at every Australasian sale, he doesn’t miss a trick.

He looks at every horse, in every sale, and unlike most buyers who buy early, John waits till the heat and frenzy of the auction have cooled, to make his move. As calm and steady as they come.If you’ve ever dreamed about owning a phenomenal horse. If you’ve wondered what it’s like to own that horse that goes on to do great things – this is your chance.

John doesn’t get called Australia’s best bloodstock agent for no reason. He is as discerning as they come, with an unwavering gaze. He’s renowned for his eagle eye in finding diamonds in the rough that deliver maximum value.

And John knows better than anyone, cost is relative to potential.

And this colt’s potential is huge.

There’s no question this colt hails from racing royalty. His sire, Deep Field, has had 2 Group winners, 3 Group placed runners, and his overall 18 individual winners in 2019.

His grandfather, Northern Meteor, currently has 5 sons at stud: https://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing/articles/225269/sons-of-northern-meteor-poised-to-continue-legacy

Now’s the time to jump the queue. This colt is already in training with Mick Price, trainer of multiple Group 1 winners. Click on the link to check out what Mick Price thought of the colt on 30th March.  https://www.racing.com/videos/2019-03-30/roll-the-dice-colt

He’s being aimed at the Magic Millions in January (and we know what it takes to win these big races on the Gold Coast – Mahuta won the 3YO Guineas back in 2016).From all reports, this colt is focused, he’s mature, and he’s doing the work.

But even more importantly? He’s hungryHe’s a Ready to Run 2 yr old sprinter

It’s no secret Roll the Dice want to be a Group 1 syndicator, but to be owners of a Group 1 colt with a pedigree? We are ready to take the next step, and we want you to come with us.

With Dane Swan and his crew coming on board last week, there is now only a limited opportunity to buy a share in this phenomenal family.

We are serious when we say: the opportunity to buy into a horse of this calibre, at this price, does not happen every day.

Shares start at $1800 for 1% – a phenomenal price to buy into a horse with his pedigree, conformation, temperament, and earning potential. For a horse already showing every sign of being a champion in his own right.

Strictly first in best dressed.
Seriously.
Once he’s gone, he’s gone.
