Buying early is the trick at Magic Millions and that is exactly what we did, securing a brut (pardon the pun) of a colt by exciting freshman sire Brutal, whose progeny have impressed us during our Magic Millions inspections. Purchased from Newgate Farm, who has produced more two and three-year-old stakes winners in the last three years than any other stud in Australia.
His dam Janast is by Redoute’s Choice out of Listed winner Booklet. It is a very fast family and this colt looks like he will follow that trend.
He is the right size, with a beautiful fluent action and should enjoy racing up to a mile, just like his father. We loved this colt during our farm inspections in December and were impressed with the improvement he had made since.
