What a year! We’ve barely had time to scratch ourselves but what a year it’s been. If anyone had told us in late January how our business would evolve in less than a year, we would never have believed them.
And yet here we are.
We know we would not be here if it wasn’t for you, and we thank you sincerely for all your support.
We’ve gone from being a boutique syndicator with one trainer and 30 horses, to a national syndicator with 9 trainers and racing 35 horses in less than a year. And we can’t wait to take things to the next level in 2020.
We’ve continued to have stakes winners, city winners and provincial winners, and it is a credit to all involved. We would like to thank all of our bloodstock agents and trainers for their assistance and guidance during the transition, but also for the care and performance of our horses during the 2019 period.
To say we are looking forward to 2020 is an understatement. With so many nice horses in the stable we will have an arsenal of horses ready to attack the new year and autumn head on. We have our tried horses that will continue to fly the RTD flag, some lovely lightly raced 3YO’s, as well as our untried 2YO’s and yearlings that are our future, and we can’t wait to see them progress with plenty of time and patience. As the great Bart Cummings once said, “patience is the cheapest thing in racing and most people don’t use it.”
