It was a huge week on the track for the team last week with 3 winners from only 4 runners across Victoria and New South Wales. We decided to wait until this weekend with Hard Bob and Lacemaker.

Coming off the back of Willmott winning last week, the above winners made it four in a row, and 3 in a row with Team Freedman. That’s probably our best week in terms of winners per runners.

Great wins by our homebred filly Mahsay (pictured above) by a stallion we raced (Mahuta) and out of a broodmare we also raced (Lasayette). It was a special moment for RTD but also her loyal and patient owners who have been on this long journey with us.

Then it was Heaving on Monday who got the job done at Bairnsdale and Peace Treaty also stuck her nose out when it mattered at Sale on Wednesday. The only disappointment was Presser who never really got into the race in Sydney but still went well.

This week we have 6 runners across Victoria and Queensland, including Hard Bob Friday who looks a great chance, Lacemaker over the weekend at Donald and Crown Waters at Hamilton on Monday who both need to lift, Hughes and Motitsi both good chances next Wednesday at Sandown, and Snow Boum in Queensland will improve sharply.

Let’s hope we can keep replicating the deeds of last week as our new benchmark. Good luck to all our owners with runners for the week!
